Doctors who fail any step are never published. Doctors who stop meeting the bar are blocked from logging in until the issue is resolved.
Patients never pay Derrick — not to search, not to enquire, not to request an appointment. Derrick is funded by verified doctors who pay a listing fee, invoiced directly by our team. That fee buys a listing and nothing else: it never changes verification, ranking or which doctor we recommend.
Do patients pay anything?
No. Search, enquiries and appointment requests are free for every patient, always.
How long does verification take?
Typically 48–72 hours once all documents are uploaded.
Can a doctor log in before approval?
No. Login is enabled only once the super admin approves the profile.
